When Will I Be Refunded?

Once you have canceled an order or applied for a refund we will process your refund right a way. Please see below the refund time for various payment methods: 

1. Refunds to PayPal will take up to 48 hours. 

2. Refunds to credit cards will take between 7-14 business days depending on your card issuing bank.

3. Refunds to your Rosegal Wallet will take 24 hours.
