What Happens If I Have An Incomplete Delivery Or Missing Items?

First, kindly make sure you open the package and check the contents with attention before signing for the delivery. 


If you discover that you have any items missing or an incomplete order please take the following steps: 

1. Contact our Support Center here: http://support.rosegal.com/   

2. Provide us with clear photographs taken in good lighting showing the product packaging (box), the shipping label on the box, your order number and SKU (product) number.

3. We will assess your issue and offer you a solution. 


Rosegal ships from different warehouses. In some cases, we may have to split your order so you may receive some items sooner than others.
