What Do I Do If I Have Ordered The Wrong Size Or The Wrong Product?

- If the order has not yet shipped, then please contact us immediately via our Support Center.
- If you have already received the item, we can authorize a return for a 1:1 exchange. Kindly note that the customer will have to pay all the associated shipping fees involved in this process (including returned and exchanged item shipping fees).
Therefore in some cases, it is better to keep the product and order a new one directly rather than returning the wrong product back to us.
