What Do I Do If I Have Received The Wrong Size Or The Wrong Product?

Please rest assured we check all items one by one before sending them to our customers. In the event you have received the wrong item/size from us please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us and provide clear photographs showing the associated item and/or its size measurement (please show a ruler or measuring tape next to the item), your order number, the SKU (product) number and a clear photo of the outer packaging.

2. We will review the case for you with our team.

3. We will provide you a solution.


Solutions:

- If we have sent you the wrong item/size, we will either refund you in full to your Wallet or dispatch an item with an alternative size (if applicable).

- If you ordered the wrong item/size, we will either offer a partial refund as store credit/coupon (at our own discretion) if you keep the item or ask you to return the product back to us for a partial refund as store credit or exchange.  

Shipping fees will be paid by the customer both ways. We will offer compensation as long as we receive the product(s), please kindly provide us with all associated tracking information.
