Why Does It Say My Coupon Code Is Invalid?

Each coupon has an expiry date. Coupons can only be used once and will become invalid after they have been applied to an order. 

Please follow the steps below to see if your coupon can be used:

1. Please check the expiry date of your coupon in your account, 'My Coupons'. 

2. Please confirm whether you have applied your coupon to an order that is awaiting payment. If so, please cancel this order and the coupon will become valid again.
