What Is The Processing Time?

After Rosegal receives your order and payment, we need to conduct Quality Control checks on your items before shipping them out to you. 

The time it takes to check your items and process them usually takes between 3-7 business days. Specific processing times are indicated on each item page. We also have items that can be shipped out within 24 hours. 

The total time it will take for you to receive your order is the processing time plus the estimated shipping time.

Please note: During peak seasons the processing time make take a little longer. Rosegal will inform you in advance of any delays.
