When Will My Order Arrive?

You Rosegal order will have differing estimated arrival times depending on each items processing time and the shipping method you have chosen during the checkout. 

Please note that the total time it will take from when you place your order until when you receive your items is the processing time plus the shipping time. Please see below for more details: 

PROCESSING TIME:

All Rosegal products require a processing time for quality control purposes and it is necessary for us to inspect all items one by one prior to shipping.

The processing time takes usually between 3-7 business days. Specific processing times are indicated on each item page. We also have items that can be shipped out within 24 hours. 

SHIPPING TIME: 

We offer 3 different shipping methods with varying shipping times and costs. You may choose the most suitable shipping method for your needs. Please see more details about the shipping times below: 

1. Flat rate shipping, this shipping method is carried out by the local post office. The main carriers we use are Netherlands Post, Sweden Post, China Post, Hongkong Post and Singapore Post, among others. The estimated delivery time for this method is 10-25 business days.

2. Standard shipping, this shipping method is carried out by EMS and IB. The estimated delivery time is between 7-10 business days. 

3. Expedite shipping, this is our fastest shipping method and is carried out via DHL or UPS. The estimated delivery time is between 3-7 business days.

If, for example, you pick an item that has a 3 day processing time, and choose our free flat rate shipping method option, you should expect to receive your item within 28 business days after placing your order. 

Please note that all of our estimated times are in business days and are strictly estimates only, they may be affected by external circumstances such as extreme weather or Customs issues that may delay your delivery and are unfortunately beyond Rosegal's control.
