When Can I get Point Rewards For My Order?

You will receive the RG points for your order once the order status is 'Shipped' in your account. 

You will receive 1 point for every 1 USD spent. (Product value only.)

Please see below for the RG points rules:

1. RG points cannot be redeemed against certain special sale items.

2. Orders that use RG points for payment cannot receive RG points as rewards.

3. The amount of RG points awarded is not affected by the use of coupons.

4. You will be awarded RG points every time you place an order. For example: product value = $10 you will be awarded 10 RG points. If you spend 10 USD and use a 10% off coupon = $9, you will still receive 10 RG points.

5. RG points cannot be used for discounts on shipping and insurance. 

6. The total value of discount received by using points or coupons cannot exceed 30% of the product value.
