Does RoseGal Provide Home Delivery Service?

Yes, in most cases we can ship direct to your door. Please see below for more details of when you may have to collect the parcel from your local post office:

1. Shipped by postal mail (Flat rate shipping and standard shipping)

The package will be delivered to your house or mailbox by the local post office. In a few destinations, customers need to pick up the package from their local post office. In this case the local post office should contact you when you need to collect it. 

2. Shipped by express carrier (Expedited shipping)

The package will be delivered to your house by the express courier such as DHL/UPS. You are required to sign for the package from the delivery man. If you are not in at the time of delivery the courier may make a second attempt. We suggest you contact them if the first delivery attempt failed.
