Do I Need To Pay Any Tax?

Rosegal will not charge you any tax for your purchase. However, depending on your location, you may have to pay import tax or other duties once the package arrives in your country. 

Please see below for more information:

1) Rosegal does not charge any tax.

Rosegal does not have any hidden sales tax or charges to pay on our side when you buy items from us. However, when the items are received the recipient may have to pay some taxes locally. When you are purchasing from Rosegal, you import the goods into your country and it may lead to tax charged by the local Customs.

2) Import duties if any are charged by your country.

Luckily, Rosegal mainly sells clothing and fashion accessories, and shipping with flat rate shipping should help you avoid any import tax. (However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no tax at all).

Some countries charge tax on certain imported products, at certain quantity/value levels. Some countries do not. Rosegal will not offer any information on tax charged by your local country and it is the customers own responsibility to find out all the details from their local Customs before placing an order. 

3) Sales tax and VAT.

These taxes may apply to our re-sellers. Once you resell a product on your own website or store it is likely that you will have to add a sales tax/VAT onto your price. Again this depends on your country and is beyond Rosegal's control.
