How Can I Return My Item For A Refund?

30 Day Returns Warranty

Rosegal has a 30 day returns warranty. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item, if the product arrives to your faulty. Products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received.

Steps to resolve the issue(s):

1. Show us the problem with clear photos taken close up in good lighting or record a short video and send it to our Support Center along with your order number and SKU (product) number.

2. We will review the case for you once we receive all your information and offer you a solution.
