How Can I Change My Shipping Address?

You can change your billing or shipping address anytime in your Rosegal account. Simply log in to your account and go to 'Edit Profile' under your profile picture. Select the 'Address Book' tab and change your address information there. 

If your order is already paid and you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately we cannot edit your address or modify you order once your item has been processed, so please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information during the checkout. 

It is very important that you provide Rosegal with the correct shipping information. Rosegal will not be held liable for any failed delivery due to wrong delivery information provided by the customer during the checkout.
