Why Can I Not Enter My Delivery Address?

There are limits when entering your address in the space provided in your Rosegal account. 

Please note the following rules:

1. You can write a maximum of 35 characters per address line. 

2. If your address is longer than 35 characters, please continue onto address line 2.

3. For phone numbers the system is case sensitive so please input numbers only, without spaces or any other symbols such as '+' or '-'. As these phone numbers will not be accepted. Please add 00 and the country code in the space of +.
