When Will My Order Be Processed?

If your order is on hold for a random payment verification check, you need to reply to us and send the following information in order to get your order released for processing:

- Proof that you are the person who has paid for the order.

Or, if the order was paid by someone else, 

- Proof that the card holder made/authorized the payment.
