How Do I Claim From The Shipping Insurance?

Please submit a ticket with your order number and provide us with the following information to submit a claim from your shipping insurance:

A- For damaged goods, please provide us with clear pictures of the packaging, shipping labels and broken/damaged items.

B- For parcel loss via courier (i.e. DHL or UPS), please file a claim with the shipping company. Once you have done this send us a valid copy of the claim ID in a ticket along with your order number.

C- For parcel loss with surface mail and priority mail (i.e. any postal delivery service) please submit a claim via a ticket with your order number, and a valid letter of acceptance from the post office stating that they confirm the parcel has been loss.


After we have received the above information we will process your shipping insurance claim and offer you a solution.
