When Will You Resend A Package Or Refund Me?

We will typically offer you a refund once your delivery deadline has been met. We will inform you of this deadline through our Support Center. 


If we can verify that an item has been lost or damaged during the shipping process, we will resend you a new item as soon as we have confirmed this issue. 


If you are a drop-shipper, you will be advised to create a new order for your customer in the meantime.
