Does The Shipping Insurance Cover Any Customs Issues/Costs?

The shipping insurance will only cover Customs issues in the event that Rosegal was at fault. 


In the majority of cases, customers will accept all responsibility for Customs issues as per our terms and conditions that they agreed to when placing an order with us. 

These circumstances include but are not limited to:

- Wrong address due to the customer inputting incorrect details during the checkout.

- The recipient is unavailable when the Customs office tries to contact them.

- The item is illegal in the destination country.

- Parcels are refused/rejected by the customer or by their local Customs for any reason.

- The customer refuses to pay any tax or duties charged by their local Customs. 

- Packages being destroyed by Customs for any reason.
