Shipping Address Tips

The Shipping address you will input when placing the order is extremely important.

Here are some tips to guarantee a smooth delivery:

1. Make sure the delivery address you enter is 100% correct before placing the order. 

You can edit the shipping address during the checkout at this stage > 'Payment & Shipping' > click 'Edit'.

2. After placing the order, please contact us immediately if you realize you have entered the incorrect information. 

Unfortunately, editing the address book after placing your order without informing us will not work for placed orders and will not be reflected on our side. 

Please kindly note that Rosegal will not be held responsible for any orders that have been delivered to the wrong address due to being given the wrong information during the checkout stage.
