How Can I Track My Delivery?

After your order has been shipped, we will notify you in your Rosegal account and via your registered email address. 


To track your delivery, please click on the link indicated in the message. It will take you to the shipping vendor website (i.e UPS, Fedex, DHL or 17track.net). Then you can use the tracking number provided to follow your delivery.


Note: If you can track your on parcel on 17track.net it is because your item was sent by registered mail or by courier. If it was sent via courier you will need to select the courier from the list in order to track your package. 


If you do not have a tracking number it will be for one of the following reasons: 

1. Your product value is under 30 USD.

2. You have selected flat rate shipping and have not purchased the tracking option during the check out.

Even though your delivery has no tracking number, please rest assured that all is well. Your package is still on its way. We ship thousands of packages every day that reach our customers easily without tracking number.


The delivery estimates are valid regardless of the tracking number updates or availability. Please patiently await your order to arrive.
