Why Have I Not Received My Order 20 Days After Shipment?

Most postal deliveries will be received within 10-25 business days (not including weekends).

It is possible your package is delayed due to an unforeseen circumstance such as extreme bad weather, public holidays, or peak shipping seasons.


If you feel that your package should have arrived already, please first follow the steps below: 

1. Contact or go to the local post office stating your name and your address. In some cases, the post office will need you to collect your package in person. 

2. Check to see if any friends or neighbors have accepted the package on your behalf. 

3. Contact Rosegal Support Center, we will confirm all the details and resolve this issue for you after your delivery deadline. 

Kindly note that all deliveries will be given a delivery deadline based on the recommendations of the shipping companies. This deadline may include an extended time period for if packages are stuck in Customs or if it is a busy shipping period. Please kindly wait until this deadline and we will solve this issue for you. 


Note: Customers who have bought the shipping insurance during the check out can get a free reshipment of their package in the event of a confirmed loss or damaged delivery. We highly recommend all customers purchase the shipping insurance during the checkout for a smooth delivery and peace of mind for their shopping experience.
