Why Has My Tracking Information Not Updated?

Sometimes slight delays are possible on registered airmail websites regarding tracking information. 

Unlike DHL or FedEx, standard mail companies are just slower to update parcel tracking status. If your parcel has not been updated for over 1 week, please contact our Support Center. 


Please also note that for many carriers the tracking information will not update once the item has left our warehouse and is on route to its destination country. In this case we kindly ask that you wait patiently for your order to arrive. All estimated delivery dates are valid regardless of the tracking information updates.
